Five questions to ask before you sign the next one

  1. How long is the initial term, and what does it renew into? Twelve months then month to month is common. A term that renews into another full year is a different commitment.
  2. How much notice do I have to give, and in what form? Thirty to ninety days, almost always in writing. Count back from the end of your term, not from today.
  3. What does it cost to get my data out, and in what format? Ask for the format and the fee in writing. A CSV of appointments is not the same as your imaging.
  4. What happens to my data after I leave? How long can you still reach it, and what is deleted when.
  5. Which of these answers is in the contract I am signing? A sales call is not a term. If it matters, it belongs on the order form.

What the guides cover

The cost of leaving, and the cost of arriving.

Each guide pulls the exit fees, data-export terms and notice period straight from both products' profiles, so the numbers cannot drift from what we publish elsewhere. The rest is what conversion tends to involve and who the move suits.
