How much does Cloud 9 cost?

Planet DDS publishes no price for Cloud 9. One third-party listing site puts it at $500/month, without saying where that came from. Treat those as estimates rather than a quote: as of Oct 7, 2026, the only number Planet DDS will stand behind is the one in a written proposal. Ask what the figure covers, what renews, and what it costs to get your records out, because none of that is published either.

Term

Data export & conversion

Data export

The practice owns its data but must extract a copy itself before termination. It can ask Planet DDS, up to 10 business days after termination, to post the data to a secure site available for 30 days. Conversion fees
