Frequently asked questions
- What counts toward the total? Every numbered price in each product's pricing list: monthly license fees, per-provider and per-location charges, and one-time fees like conversion or setup. Anything sold without a public number shows as "Quote only" instead of being guessed at.
- Why do some totals say "floor"? Because part of that product’s pricing is not published. The figure above the note is everything the vendor does put a number on, so the real total is higher by whatever the quote adds.
- Does this include workstation or hardware costs? Per-workstation licensing fees are counted where a vendor publishes one. Hardware, imaging sensors and network setup are not in any product's pricing data, so they are left out rather than guessed.
