tab32 publishes its pricing. The cheapest published plan is $225/month (Alpine Start-Up, year 2 onward). The dearest published plan is $225/month (Alpine Established Practice). New practices pay $125/month for the first 12 months. 3 further items are billed separately, including claims. Patient texting, insurance eligibility checks, claims submission, online forms and online scheduling are not part of the base product. tab32 publishes no setup fee and nothing about what it costs to leave.
